We prepare orders with care and aim to dispatch them within 2–4 business days. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Please allow some time for the carrier's first scan to appear.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Delivery issues

If your package appears delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.
